Meet Victoria…

I work from my home office in Malvern, Worcestershire, after recently swapping Birmingham city life for the beautiful Malvern Hills. I live with my husband, Dave, our two kittens, a tiny tortoise, and of course our two pugs, Biskit and Mochi.

When I'm not looking after pets, you'll usually find me obsessing over home décor, tackling another DIY project. As an ex-photographer, it's probably no surprise that around 90% of my camera roll has four legs, so you can expect plenty of gorgeous photo updates while you're away!

I've shared my life with pugs for nearly 15 years, and I can't imagine it any other way. Big or small, shy or outgoing, velcro dog or fiercely independent, I've had the pleasure of caring for them all.

I started this business because I know just how nerve-wracking it can be leaving your pets with someone else. Whether it's worrying about kennel stays or finding someone who understands all those wonderful little pug quirks (especially when the summer heat arrives!), it's never an easy decision. Our pets are family, and they deserve to feel safe, loved, and completely at home while you're away.

Every pet I care for receives the same love, patience, and attention I'd give my own. Whether it's muddy walks, sofa snuggles, feeding time, or keeping you updated with plenty of photos while you're away, my goal is to make sure your pets are happy, safe, and cared for every step of the way.

Expect lots of updates, plenty of tail wags, and a friendly face your pets will be excited to see again.

    Certified Pug-Obsessed. Professional cuddle provider, expert pug thermostat, snack coordinator, and Head of Operations.

    Dave

    Dave, is our resident Pug Dad Extraordinaire. He's in charge of all things fun, from endless games of fetch and tug-of-war to providing the comfiest lap for an afternoon snooze.

    Mochi (Momo)

    Chief Lap Warmer. The ultimate velcro dog, spending 90% of her day snoozing on Tori's lap and the other 10% eating, demanding head rubs, and sunbathing.

    Chief Playful Boy: Speedy, playful, and always ready for adventure. His favourite things are racing around the garden and woofing enthusiastically at unsuspecting birds.

    Butters & Crumpet

    The Ginger Twins: Our rescue kittens, whose favourite pastime is supervising the pugs from a safe distance. Don't worry, they're very familiar with their flat-faced housemates and are more than happy to share their home.
